I am Ronald K. Stitch, a California divorce and family law attorney. I am also an experienced mediator. If you are facing the prospect of divorce or require help with a custody dispute or other family law matter, I can help.

I have more than 35 years of legal experience and have represented more than a thousand clients in divorce and family law matters. I am a certified family law specialist certified by The State Bar of California’s Board of Legal Specialization. I’ve also been selected for inclusion in the Super Lawyers list for 2010, 2011 and again for 2018.

For the first 10 years of my practice, I was a civil litigation attorney. As a result, I have strong negotiation skills and considerable trial experience.

Associate attorney Stephanie Rose O’Connor also worked for the firm since 2007. A 2013 graduate of Ventura College of Law, Stephanie has several years of experience as an attorney in family law. Compassionate and capable, Stephanie is a tireless advocate for you in your divorce issues.

Suzanne M. Roug is our firm’s paralegal. Born in Exeter, in Devon, England, Suzanne received her paralegal degree from the University of Southern Colorado in 1976. She is a member of both the San Fernando Valley Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. Suzanne has over 40 years of experience in the legal field. There is hardly a question she can’t answer.

Shaina Stitch joined our team in November 2022 as our new legal assistant. Shaina has a passion for customer service and helping others, skills which she’s honed over her past two decades in the hospitality industry. In her spare time, Shaina enjoys photography as both her own creative outlet, as well as professionally, having previously worked as a photographer for an international organization, Chaine des Rotisseurs.
